"All is good" says Dougie
We can’t decide if we’re sad or happy that Dougie Poynter has confirmed he IS dating pop star Ellie Goulding.
We’re totally happy for them, of course, but it does mean 26-year-old Dougie is officially off the market. Sob.
Speaking to Fearne Cotton in tonight’s new ITV2 series Fearne and McBusted, Dougie shyly concedes they are together.
“Yeah. All is good in that area,” he says of his romance with the Burn singer, admitting he likes to keep his love life private.
The couple have been spotted out and about holding hands recently, but this is the first time either has officially admitted the relationship.
Dougie also opens up about his time spent in rehab, admitting it was “life-changing” and both the best and worst thing he has experienced.
Fearne and McBusted: 'I think a lot of people will respect it'
“You don’t even realise how bad it is until you stop,” he says. “I don’t know how much worse it could have got and I don’t want to know.”
It’s an emotional start to the fly-on-the-wall series following the super group, as Emma Willis sheds tears over her husband Matt’s time in rehab as well.
“I’m not going to leave him because he’s got a problem,” says a tearful Emma. “You have to stick together.”
But fear not, there are plenty of laughs as well, as the boys persuade Fearne to try her hand at Tattoo Roulette. And yes, it’s as scary as it sounds.
* Fearne and McBusted starts tonight, Wednesday 21 May, at 9pm on ITV2
