Cross tattoo called way back in the Crusades, Christian knights had little crosses tattooed, so that their hands as they fell in battle, their desire for a Christian burial to be known. Whether big or small, ornate or plain, in the public view or concealed, a cross emblem is probably the most popular Christian tattoo.
